Payment Methods

Introduction

Aiming to provide you with services of the highest quality on our e-shop gouliarmis.com, you are offered multiple payment options, which you can select for purchasing products, on the condition that this payment option has been already activated on the checkout page, before confirming your order. Activation of each payment method depends on shipping method, delivery address, the cost of purchase etc..

Payment Methods are the following:

1.Credit Card Payments

Pay for your order online by card, in a totally secure environment, by filling out the card’s number and type (Visa, Mastercard etc.), a three-digit numerical code printed on the back of the card, the expiration date and the card holder’s name. If your credit card is declined, please make sure that you have checked the details you have entered and your billing address and name details match with those your card is registered to. If your card is still being declined, then you should contact your card issuer or bank to find out why the transaction has been declined.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners.

2.Cash On Delivery

Regarding Cash On Delivery the customer pays for products at the time of delivery by a courier company (up to amounts of 500€).

This method of payment costs 1,80€.

Note: Cash on Delivery applies to shipments within Greece.

Cost of orders exceeding 500€

When the cost of orders exceeds the amount of 500€, cash on delivery is not available. In this case, your order must be paid exclusively online, through PayPal, bank transfer or debit/credit card.

Relevant Greek Legislation

According to Law N.4446/2016, article 69, § 2 “Tax invoices including a total amount of five hundred (500) Euros or more, issued for the sale of goods or services offered to persons, are paid by buyers of the goods or services exclusively through bank card payments or other electronic means of payment. Indicatively, but not limited to, these means of payment refer to bank transfer, bank account payment, digital bank wallet. Cash payments for such tax invoices are not permitted”. Therefore, orders with a cost exceeding 500 Euros, including taxes and other charges, should be paid through the above-mentioned methods.

Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the transaction copy for your payment. Please send the transaction copy (with your name and order number on it) by email at info@gouliarmis.com.

Bank Account Deposits have to be completed within 3 working days, otherwise your order will be automatically canceled.

4.In-Store Payments

You are able to to pay for your products at one of our stores on Corfu by card or in cash. See our locations.
